INGREDIENTS:
Dough 80%: potato puree 80% [water, dehydrated potato flakes (potatoes, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, spices, natural flavorings)], wheat flour, potato starch, rice flour, salt, acidity regulator: lactic acid, preservative: potassium sorbate.
Filling 20%: Ricotta cheese (milk whey, salt), mozzarella cheese (pasteurized milk, salt, cultures, microbial rennet, anti-caking agent: rice flour), tomato paste, breadcrumbs (wheat flour, water, olive oil, yeast, salt), salt, acidity regulator: lactic acid, origan, preservative: potassium sorbate.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Remove pack before consuming. Consume after cooking.
Traditional cooking: Cooking time 3/4 min.
Pour the gnocchi straight from the pack into a saucepan containing salted boiling water. Strain as soon as they come to the surface.
Cooking in a frying pan: Cooking time 12/13 min.
Melt a teaspoon of butter in a non-stick frying pan, pour the gnocchi into the pan, cover and cook for 6 min, use medium heat. Remove the cover and cook for at least 6 min.
Gnocchi ready to serve.
