INGREDIENTS:
Dough 80%: potato puree 80% [water, dehydrated potato flakes (potatoes, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, spices, natural flavorings)], wheat flour, potato starch, rice flour, salt, acidity regulator: lactic acid, preservative: potassium sorbate.
Filling 20%: Ricotta cheese (milk whey, salt), basil in oil (basil, sunflower oil, salt), breadcrumbs (wheat flour, water, olive oil, yeast, salt), grated cheese (pasteurized milk, salt, microbial rennet), sunflower oil, spinach powder, Pecorino Romano cheese (pasteurized sheep’s milk, salt, rennet), acidity regulator: lactic acid, salt, preservative: potassium sorbate.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Remove pack before consuming. Consume after cooking.
Traditional cooking: Cooking time 3/4 min.
Pour the gnocchi straight from the pack into a saucepan containing salted boiling water. Strain as soon as they come to the surface.
Cooking in a frying pan: Cooking time 12/13 min.
Melt a teaspoon of butter in a non-stick frying pan, pour the gnocchi into the pan, cover and cook for 6 min, use medium heat. Remove the cover and cook for at least 6 min.
Gnocchi ready to serve.
