Founded in 1912 in Gragnano, the historic City of Pasta, Pastificio Di Martino combines three generations of family tradition with high-quality 100% Italian durum wheat semolina. Our pasta is bronze-die extruded and dried slowly at low temperatures to ensure a rough texture and superior nutritional value in every shape.
