This short pasta shape is made from 100% Italian durum whole wheat and it is the full face cut of the more famous tortiglioni. Its intense flavor goes well with rustic recipes and thanks to its hypnotic spiral shape, the spices get trapped inside, creating an unforgettable flavorful harmony

 

Our pasta is bronze-die, slowly dried at low temperatures, made with 100% Italian durum wheat semolina and local spring water. Firm to cooking and highly digestible
