Farfalle

Also called bow-tie pasta, this short pasta shape is inspired by butterflies "Farfalle" in Italian. On the palate they reveal a pleasant variety of textures between the thicker and fuller central section in linked to the thinner edges of the wings. With their cheerful shape, Farfalle can be combined with several sauces and are also suitable for both hot dishes and cold pasta salads. Try them with cherry tomatoes, basil, mint, capers, tuna, cream cheese and much more

 

Our pasta is PGI Certified Gragnano Pasta, bronze-die, slowly dried at low temperatures, made with 100% Italian durum wheat semolina and local spring water. Contains a minimum of 14% protein, firm to cooking and highly digestible
